Charisma Standard Schnauzers was founded in 1975 and has produced many top winning dogs including all time winners.  Among these great dogs were Ch. Charisma Cafe Diable during the late 70's and early 80's. Diable was one of the most important dogs in the history of our breed, and produced a lovely TopWinning son Ch. Snowshoes Gusto of Charisma. Gusto was a #1 Standard Schnauzer in the U.S. and Canada.    Gusto received the Pedigree Award Winner of the Year  the first year this award became available in 1987 and again in 1988. 

Once again, Charisma has produced a Top Winning Standard Schnauzer in Breed History, Ch Charisma Jailhouse Rock  who finished the year 2001 as the  # 1 Working Dog, and  #2 All Breed,   #1 Standard Schnauzer.  Rocky is retired from the show ring winning the Working Group 1 at the Westminster K.C. for two years in a row.  His other achievements include:  4 straight annual Standard Schnauzer Club of America National Specialty Best in Show's, winner of the Pedigree Award the last four year's, 6 Regional Specialty BISS, 75 U.S. All Breed Best in Show's and 4 Canadian All Breed Best in Shows.198 Working Group 1's including the AKC/Eukanuba Invitational. 

 I am very proud to have bred such an exemplary dog who just keeps on proving to me each day what a wonderful breed this is, a breed with all of Rocky's spirit , intelligence and love. Rocky has sired several great looking litters and we have high hopes for the new comers. Many of the pups have been purchased by breeders to enhance their lines, while other's have bred their best bitch to Rocky to continue to uphold the breed's standard for the future
